Dr. Wang grew up in Rockville Maryland.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and Master of Science degree from George Washington University.

With his science background, Dr. Wang decided to pursuit a career in Dentistry.  He received Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry (NYU) at the year of 2000.  His eagerness of wanting to learn more challenging surgical skills has led him to periodontology.  Dr. Wang received a degree in postgraduate training, specializing in periodontics at the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 2003.  This training was centered upon the treatment of regenerative grafting procedures, and the treatment of surgical dental implants to replace missing teeth.

Dr. Wang earned the status as a “Diplomate of America Board of Periodontolgy” in 2005.   He holds licenses to practice in state of California and Maryland.

Dr. Wang is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontics, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Association, The California Dental Association, and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.

Dr. Wang is happily married to Dr. Elizabeth Su, a professional cellist graduated from The Juilliard School.  Together, they have two sons and a daughter.
